A new article in Time Magazine suggests that Kim Kardashian’s butt is the most-desired celebrity feature by women considering plastic surgery. Online cosmetic community Real Self provided the news source with data it culled by scanning all comments and content to see which famous body part was most-mentioned.

Coming in behind Kim’s derriere were Beyonce’s butt, Madonna’s face and hands and Angelina Jolie’s cheeks and lips. Real Self users also seem to like Rihanna’s skin tone, Jennifer Lawrence’s nose, Jennifer Lopez’s behind, Kate Middleton’s nose and Julia Roberts’ smile. 

Of course, it comes as no surprise that so many of us want to look a little bit more like our favorite celebrities. (We recently discussed on this blog the current craze for Maleficent-like cheekbones!) According to E! News, one British woman even spent more than $30,000 to look as much like Kardashian as possible.

However, Real Self’s Vice President of Community, Alicia Nakamoto, says that’s the extreme case.

“Ninety-nine percent of the people do not want to look like a celebrity,” Nakamoto told Time. “They just want to fix something very personal and go on with their lives feeling more confident with themselves.”
