The 46-year-old actress, who was attending the Festival to promote her new film “Grace of Monaco,” appeared to have a fuller, puffier face with some swelling. “The filler makes it looks like her cheeks are falling,” a New York-based doctor told the source. “There is a slight indent under her right eyelid, that’s where the filler should be and it makes her look older. There is also an indentation on right laugh line — clearly the Botox is done poorly because her left eye and upper eyebrow is drooping and her eye is almost closing.”
