A recent trend that has taken the plastic surgery world by storm is the “Mommy Makeover“, or women that go under the knife in order to get back to their pre-baby bodies. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), there were 112,000 tummy tucks performed in 2010 alone, up over 85 percent from the previous decade. According to ASPS, 36 percent of the nearly 10 million minimally-invasive cosmetic surgeries that were performed in 2006 were on women between the ages of 30 and 39, with 29 percent aged 20 to 29.
