Recent photos of the reality show star indicate that the bride-to-be may be getting ready for her nuptials by going under the knife for a round of plastic surgery.

That’s the opinion of plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, anyway, who recently spoke with RadarOnline about the work he believes Kardashian has had done:

“I suspect that she may have had a rhinoplasty (nose job), as her nose looks thinner, shorter and more refined now than it did in 2006,” Youn told the source in an interview. “Her lips appear to be plumped with injectable filler such as Juvederm. I suspect that she’s had multiple skin tightening treatments, like chemical peels and laser treatments. She may also be benefiting from filler injections in her cheeks, such as with the new Voluma.”

While Kardashian has long denied having had work done to her face save for Botox shots and “vampire facials,” close-ups of the celeb’s face reveal a shorter, thinner and straighter nose that would require more than just a bit of makeup to explain.
