The Internet is abuzz with the first photo of Blake Lively’s baby bump, and no surprise — the blonde bombshell looks absolutely stunning. The 27-year-old actress is expecting her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds, who has previously said the couple had plans to have lots of kids. 

“We’d love to have a big family,” Reynolds told Details last summer. “We both come from big families — my parents did four, Blake’s did five. A lot of people say it’s crazy, but we’ll only know when we’re there, you know? We’ll walk through that fire pretty happily, I think.”

Lively announced the news on her new lifestyle website, Preserve. Her brother, Eric Lively, took the picture that says a thousand words. The young mother-to-be is glowing as she cradles her baby bump, silhouetted by a patch of warm sunlight. 

According to US Weekly, Lively has no new acting projects ahead, having recently completed shooting a drama called The Age of Adaline​. The source calls the actress “a planner,” speculating that she planned her pregnancy to coincide with a lull in her professional obligations.
