Have you tried couples plastic surgery?
What do you enjoy doing with your significant other? Going to the movies? Making dinner together? What about making a trip to your plastic surgeon’s office? Plastic surgeons across the United States are reporting an increasing number of patients seeking treatment in pairs.
In an interview with San Diego ABC affiliate KNXV, local plastic surgeon Dr. Roy David said that married couples coming in to his office for treatment has become more common by the year.
“I’d say roughly a 30 percent increase in couples coming in together,” Dr. David told the source.
Dr. David speculated that the reason why more couples are coming in for procedures together is because men in general are getting more work done. When one person in the relationship looks younger and more refreshed, the partner often want to do the same.
Couples interested having cosmetic procedures at the same time may want to stick with noninvasive options like dermal injections or fillers. If partners are interested in liposuction or a tummy tuck, they may want to stagger their surgeries so they don’t have to be in the recovery process at the same time. Spouses often need each other for assistance during recovery time.
